Sauteed White Fish with Tomato Sauce

I made "Sauteed White Fish with Tomato Sauce" by  a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

White fish
Grape tomato
Flat-leaf parsley
Garlic
Olive oil, vinegar, Salt and pepper

Slice  the grape tomato.
Add tomato, olive oil, vinegar, salt and flat-leaf parsley into a bowl.
And mix it.



In a "Magic Fry Pan", add olive oil and saute garlic over low heat until golden and crispy.






Remove garlic from pan.
And drain the oil.






Reheat pan and add white fish and season with salt and pepper.






Cook every side of fish over medium heat.







The fish arrange on a plate when it's browned.





Spread the tomato sauce on top of the fish.
Put the crush garlic on the top.
Sprinkle with pepper.







It was very good Italian taste.
Crispy surface of the fish and tomato sauce is fantastic combination.
The crispy garlic improve palatability.
My husband ate it and said.
"You seem like a chef!"

Simmered Mackerel in Miso

I made "Simmered Mackerel in Miso"  using a "Magicfrypan".

【Ingredient & Directions】

Mackerel
Ginger
Green onion
Sake
Water
Sugar
Miso

Debone the mackerel.
And cut it in half.
Put it in a bowl.
 
 
 
 
 
Put a wooden cover on the mackerel.
Pour hot water over it.
Rinse in cold water and drain.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Put the mackerel with the skin side facing up into a frying-pan.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add sake, water and sliced ginger.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Put a wooden cover on the mackerel again.
Boil it about 3 min and remove scum.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Mix miso with boiled water.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add sugar and miso.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Put a wooden cover on it again.
Boiled it about 5 min.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add green onion and put a wooden cover on it again.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Boil it about 1 min.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Arrange it on plates.
Put slice green onion on it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
"Simmered Mackerel in Miso" is very popular in Japan.
Nice combination of miso and mackerel.
It's good  accompaniment to boiled rice.
This time, I made the best delicious "Simmered Mackerel in Miso" in my life!

Stir-fried sugar snap peas and beef

I made "Stir-fried sugar snap peas and beef"  using a "Magicwok".

【Ingredient & Directions】

Sugar snap peas
Beef
Minced ginger
Green onion
Potato starch
Sauce ( Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, Sake, Sugar and Sesame oil )


Cut off both tips of the pea pod using the knife or hands.
Grasp the string from the side of the pod and gently pull on it to remove it.
Discard the string and the pea pod tips.



Boil in salted water.







Rinse in cold water and drain.







In a well-heated wok, add vegetable oil, then minced ginger and green onion.







Add beef to the wok, and fry over high heat.








When the beef starts to brown, add sugar snap peas.
And fry it lightly.








Add the sauce and stir.
Add mix starch with water, and fry lightly.







Arrange it on a plate.









The texture of sugar snap peas is terrific!
The sauce makes the beef to good taste.
It was very easy and tasty!

Deep-fried spanish mackerel with sweet and sour sauce

I made "Deep-fried spanish mackerel with sweet and sour sauce"  using a "Magicfrypan" and "Magicwok".

【Ingredient & Directions】

Spanish mackerel
Green pepper
Apricot wine
Vegetable oil
Potato starch
Sauce (Salt, Sugar, Vinegar, Water, Soy sauce, Lemon juice and Minced garlic)


Cut in spanish mackerel like the picture.
It coat thoroughly with potato starch.





Deep-fry in oil at 340 deg F.








Fry slowly over medium heat until golden brown.








Take out it from oil.







Deep-fry green pepper by afterheat.








Add the sauce in an another pan.
It is boiled and turn off the heat.
Add the potato starch dissolved in the same quantity of water, apricot wine and vegetable oil.
Make a thick sauce.





The spanish mackerels and the green peppers arrange on plate.
Pour the thick sauce over them.






Spanish mackerel came to rich taste by deep-fry.
The taste of sauce is very delicious!
These are perfect combination :-)

Stir-fried seri and pork

I made "Stir-fried seri and pork"  using a "Magicfrypan".

【Ingredient & Directions】

Seri
Pork
Green onion
Sauce (Sake, soy sauce, vinegar and Japanese mustard)


In a well-heated pan, add sesame oil, then pork slices.





Fry over high heat.
The extra oil remove with paper towel.







Add seri and green onion.
And fry it lightly.







Add the sauce and stir all.









Arrange it on plates.








Seri have crisp and fresh taste.
The refreshing sauce goes well with the pork.
I had never used seri until now.
However, I came to like seri because it was very tasty :-)

Fried rice cake with clam sauce

I made "Fried rice cake with clam sauce"  using a "Magicfrypan".

【Ingredient & Directions】
Clam
Qing-geng-cai
Crepe sardine
Sakura shrimp
Rice
Chicken soup powder, ginger, green onion, potato starch,
Chinese rice wine, salt and sesame oil
  
Add sakura shrimp and crepe sardine.
And fly lightly.








Take out them from the pan to the bowl.








Add rice to the bowl.
And mix it well.





In the pan, add the sesame oil, then rice.








Fry over medium heat until browned on both sides.








Take out rice from the pan and break it.
Arrange it on plates.






Add clam, water, chinese rice wine and chicken soup powder to the pan.
Cover and boil over high heat until clam shells open.







Remove scum.
Add qing-geng-cai, ginger and green onion.
And boil it.
Turn off the heat.
Add mix starch with water a couple of times.
Boil it again, add sesame oil.
Pour over plated rice.








The clam sauce goes well with the fried rice cake.
The texture of fried rice cake is crispy.
The flavor of burnt rice is good.
It's very easy and gorgeous :-)
