Beef with Freshly Ground Pepper Stir-fry

I made "Beef with Freshly Ground Pepper Stir-fry" by using a "MagicWok".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

beef    boiled bamboo shoot
king trumpet mushroom    paprika
black grain pepper
A ( water    chicken soup powder    oyster sauce
soy sauce    sake    sugar    potato starch)
sesame oil

Black grain pepper is roughly ground with a wooden pestle.





Add beef, sake, vegetable oil, potato starch and salt, and mix.





Add vegetable oil to a well-heated "Magic Wok".
Add beef to wok.







Add pepper to wok before color changes.
And stir fry.







Add boiled bamboo shoot, king trumpet mushroom and paprika to wok, and stir fry.







Add A to wok, and stir fry.
Add sesame oil to wok when sauce is thickened, and stir fry.







Dish up on the plate.








The flavor of freshly ground pepper is very good.
This dish goes great with beer.
Everything texture is excellent, because these ingredients were cook up.

Udon with Soft Boiled Egg and Natto

I made "Udon with Soft Boiled Egg and Natto" by using a "MagicFryPan".

Ingredients & Instructions】

eggs    natto    minced chicken
udon    green onion    chopped dried sea weed
sake    mirin    sugar    soy sauce
dashi stock    japanese mustard


Let eggs warm to room temperature.
Boil a liter of water.
Turn off the heat.
Add 200 ml water into the pan.
Put eggs into the pan softly.
Cover the pan, and let stand for 8 min.


After 8 min, immerse eggs in ice water.

Add minced chicken, sake, mirin, sugar and soy sauce to a "MagicFryPan".






Mix well together beforehand.








Prepare many chopsticks.







Turn the heat to medium.
Stir with chopsticks until soup is transparent.







Drain it.








Put udon into hot water to boil.
Rub and rinse in cold water.
Drain it.




Add natto, minced chicken, dashi stock, mirin, soy sauce and Japanese mustard.
And mix all well.





Perfect soft boiled egg.







Dish up on the plate.









The texture of the udon is so smooth and pleasant.
The soup with minced chicken in tasty.
I can't stop eating!

Twice Cooked Pork

I made "Twice Cooked Pork" by using a "Magic Wok".

Ingredients & Instructions】

pork    cabbage    green pepper    onion
ginger    garlic    hot brown bean sauce
A (sweet bean paste "Tian mian jiang"
sugar    soy sauce    sake    sesame oil)

 
Parboil pork, then drain.







Add ginger, garlic and  hot brown bean sauce into a "Magic Wok" and stir.






Add cabbage, green pepper and onion to the wok.
And stir-fry lightly.








Add boiled pork.








Add "A" to the wok.







Then stir-fry.








Dish up on the plate.








I love the crunchy texture!
The cabbage is crisp to eat.
The pork is very tender.
And of course the sauce is very very tasty!
This dish is excellent, because cooking time is short and easy.

Boiled Rice and Daikon with Beef Steak

I made "Boiled Rice and Daikon with Beef Steak" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

Ingredients & Instructions】

beef    daikon    mibuna-zuke
butter    soy sauce    rice
Japanese soup stock    mirin    soy sauce
salt    pepper    oil


Remove daikon peel.
And, cut into quarter-rounds.






Add Japanese soup stock, mirin and soy sauce into a bowl, then mix.






Add rice and soup into a rice cooker.
Put daikon on the top.
And cook.




Cut mibuna-zuke into 5-mm lengths.







Cook steaks over high heat.






Take out steaks from the frying-pan when cooked.






Cover with aluminum foil.
Let stand for 5 min.





Cut steaks into 1 cm squares.





Add butter to the same frying-pan.
And melt it over medium heat.







Add soy sauce and steaks, then stir-fry lightly.







Add steaks into boiled rice, and mix.







Add mibuna-zuke, and mix.







Dish up on the plates.








This dish is a sophisticated flavor!
The flavored with the use of Japanese soup stock.
Japanese soup stock is very important in Japanese cooking.

Simmered Meat and Potatoes

I made "Simmered Meat and Potatoes" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

Ingredients & Instructions】

pork
potato
carrot
miso
mirin

Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges.
Carrot cut coarsely.
Pork cut into bite-sized pieces.


Mix miso and mirin in a bowl to make the sauce.







In a "Magic Fry Pan", add oil and fry potato over medium heat.







Add pork and carrot, and fry about 1 min.









Add water, and remove scum.








Add the sauce to the frying-pan.







And melt the sauce.







Paper towel soak in water.
Cover it on the top.








Cover the frying-pan.
Simmer about 10 min over low heat.







After 10 min, remove covers.






Arrange everything on a plate.









The sweetish taste is good.
Potatoes became like a dessert.
Everything is soft and tasty!
