Beef stew with tomato and miso sauce.

This time, I'll try to cook good food with cheap beef.

Let's start cooking !!

Ingredients


In a well-heat the magic frypan, 
add 1 Tbsp oil and sliced onion,
and cook over medium heat. 


When onions has lightly browned, 
add beef and cook.


When beef has browned, add sliced mushroom.


Add mixed boiled tomato and miso.


Add 1 C water and pepper, 
and cook over medium heat for 5 mins.


After 5 mins, serve on a plate and garnish it with wipe potato flour. 

FINISH !!

Definitely, beef is delicious !!
Freshness of tomatoes and richness of miso is so good too.

Boiled chicken with sour cream

This time, I'll try to cook, i want to eat chicken dish at X'mas.
 Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients


Cut the chicken into six parts, 
and seasoning with salt and pepper well.


In a well-heat the magicfrypan, 
add olive oil and chicken with skin facing down,
and cook slowly over medium-low heat.

When the skin has browned turn over in pan,
and cook lightly the other side.


Put it out.


In a well-heat frypan add butter and sliced onion.


Add shimeji mushrooms and sliced mushrooms.
add ther seasoning with salt and pepper lightly.

Put chicken back.
and cover the pan and cook over low heat for 3 mins.

After 3 mins, add sour cream,
and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Place it in a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. 
FINISH !

Crispy pork with glaze sauce

This time, I'll try to cook to pork dish to match the rice.
Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients


Sprinkle the pork with soy sauce and sake and mirin sake on both sides.


Sprinkle it with starch because it make crispy. 


Add 1cm oil in the magicfrypan and heat over medium.
When heat up the oil, add pork.   


When it's burned to crisp, and turn over in a pan,
and cook it until crisp other side too. 


Put it out and lightly drain excess oil.
Cut it into three equal parts.


Make glaze sauce.
Pour soup stock and soy sauce and mirin sake and sugar into the small pan 
and boil down over heat medium.  
When it boil down, add starch with water and thickness.


The pork on dish, add grate radish and fine strips of row cibol.
and put glaze sauce, and finish !!

Rice gruel of chicken sukiyaki style

This time, I'll try to cook warming dish.
Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients


Cut chicken into 1 cm dice.


Make a tiny cut in surface of green onion.


Cut it into 2 cm length


The cooked rice lightly wash to take sticky.


In a well-heat a magicfrypan, add oil and chicken.


Add green onions and cook over medium heat stronger.


When it has browned add diced white radish.


When overall are coated with the oil, 
add salt and sake, soy sauce, mirin cooking sake,
and cook over medium heat for 3 mins.


After 3 mins, add soup stock and remove scum. 


When it boiled, add cooked rice.


Pour the well-beaten eggs into it.


Add chopped green onions to finish.

ENJOY !!

One bite leads to another because it is very delicious.

Sweet chili shrimp of fresh tomato

Sweet chili shrimp is a popular Chinese dishes.
This time, I'll try to cook it with fresh tomato and egg.
Let's start cooking !! 

Ingredients


Devein shrimps and wash it water.
Dry off it with a paper towel.
Put it in the bowl, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Add egg white 1 tsp and rub it into shrimps.
Sprinkle starch and vegetable oil.  


In a well-heated Magicfrypan, add oil 1 Tbsp,
Once, turn off the heat, add shrimps.
Once again, turn on the heat, and cook over high heat.


Put shrimps out as soon as its color changes.


Add vegetable oil and chopped onion and ginger and hot brown bean sauce,
and cook over low heat.


Add diced tomato.


Add chopped shiitake mushroom and sprout garlic.


Add soup stock 1 cup and sugar 1 Tsp and a little salt, pepper, kobutya. 


When it boil, add chopped green onion, and lightly mix.


Add starch with water littel by littel, add thickness.


Add beaten egg , and lightly mix.


Add vegetable oil 1tsp and vinegar a little.
Turn off heat, and dish up on plates.
Finish !


ENJOY !!

The texture of shrimp and fluffy egg is so good. 
I think it's mild and easy to eat in fresh tomato and fluffy egg.
