Pork loin saute

Ones again, I'll try to cook simple meat dish.

Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients
Let pork loin warm to room temperature.


Cut paprika and zucchini into 1 cm wide bars.
Cut onion into thin slices.
Cut tomato into half lengthwise.
Cut basil into strips. 


Make cuts in surface of park loin.


Season with salt and pepper to well.


In a well-heat magic frypan add olive oil and pork 
and cook over medium heat 


When it has browned turn over,
and cook over medium-low heat.


When it has browned, put it out.


Remove excess oil from pan.
Add paprika and zucchini and onion, and fry over high heat.
If oil is not enough, add olive oil a littel.
Seasoning with salt and pepper.


when vegetables is tender, add tomato and basil.


Add balsamic vinegar, and boil it down lightly.
While boiling down, carve pork loin.
Dish up pork loin and vegetables on plates,
and put balsamic sauce on around it.
Finish.



ENJOY!!

The pork goes well with balsamic sauce.
