I love the texture of bok-choy.
I'll try to cook use it.
Ingredients
200g bok-choy.
※Cut the leaf into wide 5 mm and the stems into lengthwise 5 mm
20 g Green onion
20 g carrot
※Cut the green onion into 5 mm lengths at an oblique angle.
Cut the carrot in rectangles.
4 shiitake mushrooms
※Remove axis of it and cut it into thin slices.

150 g pork
※Cut it into pieces 5 cm wide
Seasonings
<A>
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp sake
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
2 Tbsp water
1/2 tsp sugar
Black pepper
※Mix all <A>
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
In a well-heated the magic wok,
Add oil and beaten egg over medium heat.
When runny scrambled egg, remove it from wok.
Wipe over the wok.
Add sesame oil to a well-heated wok.
Add meat stir-fry over medium heat until browned.
When browned meat, add carrots and green onion.
Mix then lightly.
Add shiitake mushrooms
Add stems of bok-choy.
Mix then lightly.
Add leaf of bok-choy.
Mix then lightly
Add seasonings <A>
Add egg, and mix the whole.
Dish up on plate .
ENJOY !!
This dish has good texture and good taste.
This dish goes well with the rice.
