Scallops and Shrimps Croquette

This time, I'll try to cook the croquette 
by my favorite scallops and shrimps. 

Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients
Scallops, shrimps, and onions.


Deshell and devein the shrinmps.


Add starch and sake, and removed to clean the dirt,
and then wash it, wipe off the moisture.


Minced shrimps and scallops.


Add minced onion, salt, pepper, sake, starch, and egg white,
Mixed them well.



When mixed them, divide into quarters.


First, coat with flour, Next then into the eggwash 
and then into the bread crumb.



Add 1-2 cm oil in the fry pan, and heat oil to 160 degrees C.
Add croquette and fry it about 3 mins.  



After 3 mins, flip it.
and fry for about 2-3 mins.


When croquette browned both sides, 
remove it from pan and set on a wire rack to drain and cool.


ENJOY !!

It is crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
The sweetness of the onions goes well.
It's so good !!
