Salted Salmon and Egg Stir-Fry

I made "Salted Salmon and Egg Stir-Fry"  using a "Magicwok".

Oil is usually used for the stir-fry.
Oil is not used this time.
Water is using instead of oil in this recipe.
The cooking method is a little strange.
However, the egg is very softly and tasty.
And, salmon's saltiness is yummy!
