Salted Salmon and Egg Stir-Fry

I made "Salted Salmon and Egg Stir-Fry"  using a "Magicwok".

Oil is usually used for the stir-fry.
Oil is not used this time.
Water is using instead of oil in this recipe.
The cooking method is a little strange.
However, the egg is very softly and tasty.
And, salmon's saltiness is yummy!

Suan La Tang Style Ramen

I made "Suan La Tang Style Ramen"  using a "Magicwok".
Suan La tang is one of the most famous soup in Chinese dishes.
It's spicy and sour taste. 
"Suan La Tang Style Ramen" is add the ramen to the soup.
I made this ramen at home.
It was too tasty. My home became like ramen shop!

Green Peas Cream Sauce Pasta

I made "Green Peas Cream Sauce Pasta"  using a "Magicfrypan".
I thought cream sauce is difficult to cook by myself.
But, I watched a cookery program a few days ago.
Very famous restaurant chef made a cream sauce pasta on the TV show.
The recipe was very simple and easy.
When I knew the recipe, I figured that I'd like to cook it.
I tried to cook it and it was very easy.
The taste is very mild, the colors like spring.
Finally winter has gone and spring is here.

Ginger Pork Saute


I made "Ginger Pork Saute"  using a "Magicfrypan".
"Ginger Pork Saute" is very popular in Japan.

Mix the ingredients of sauce in a bowl.
Soak the pork in the bowl about 5 min.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, and lay the pork slices within.
Make sure that each slice is fully spread out in the pan.
Fry the pork over a medium heat.
Put the sauce into the frying pan, and simmer the sauce while coating the pork with the sauce lightly.

It's very very tasty!

Sauteed Scomberomorus niphonius

I made "Sauteed Scomberomorus niphonius"  using a "Magicfrypan".

The fish is called announce of  the arrival of spring.

The fish saute only half side and remove it from frying-pan.
Add garlic, bacon, paprika, and onion to the frying-pan.
Continue saute by medium heat until it becomes wilted.
Add cooked tomato and water to the frying-pan.
Simmer it over on low heat.
The fish is put in the frying-pan again.
In addition simmer it over on low heat a short time.

The fish was very soft and delicious!
When leftover sauce is put on top of baguette, it's very tasty.

Simmered Deep-Fried Tofu and Salted Mushroom

I made "Simmered Deep-Fried Tofu and Salted Mushroom"  using a "Magicwok".

I using salted mushroom again this time.

How to make this dish

Lukewarm water is put on the bowl.
The deep-fried tofu is put the bowl and washed by hand.
The deep-fried tofu drained excess liquid using paper towel.
And tear it into bite-sized pieces.
The deep-fried tofu, salted mushroom, soy sauce and water are put in a little frying-pan.
Boil it at medium heat.
When it boils up, turn it upside down on.
It cook on low heat about 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

When using "Salted Mushroom", it's very easy to seasoning.

Deep-Fried Bean Curd and Cabbage Japanese Style Pasta

I made "Bean Curd and Cabbage Japanese Style Pasta"  using a "Magicfrypan".

First, I made frozen "Deep-Fried Bean Curd".

How to make frozen "Deep-Fried Bean Curd"

Mirin, soy sauce, and grate a ginger are put in the bowl and  mix it well. The deep-fried bean curd is cut in width of 1 cm.
The fried bean curd is put in the preservation bag with the zipper, and rub the deep-fried bean curd into the sauce.
It preserve with the freezer.

How to make this pasta

Frozen "deep-fried bean curd" is defrosting.
The cabbage is cut in the width of 1 cm, and the red chilli is made slicing excluding the seed.
Other ingredients is dried whitebait.
This time, other seasoning is not addition.
Start boiling the pasta.
Olive oil and the red chilli are put in the frying-pan.
The defrosted deep-fried bean curd is put in the frying-pan.
Stir-fry until browned on surface.
The boiling soup of pasta is taken a little.
The cabbage is boil with pasta.
Dried whitebait and the boiling soup are put in the frying-pan.
Pasta and the cabbage are put in the frying-pan, and the whole is mixed quick.
Finally, it arrange on dish.

Pork and Salted Mushroom Stir-fry

I made "Pork and Salted Mushroom Stir-fry"  using a "Magicfrypan".

How to make "Salted Mushroom"

First, I make the "Salted mushroom".
A red pepper, the salt, and sesame oil are put in the bowl and  mix it well.
The mushroom is sliced.
The mushroom is put in the boiling hot water, and it boils it for about 1 minute.
I drain off the mushroom with the strainer.
Finally, put it into the bowl and allow the flavor to blend.

It moves it to the sealed container when cooling.
It has a one-week shelf life put in the refrigerator.

How to make "Pork and Salted Mushroom Stir-fry"

Oil is put in the frying-pan, it heats by the medium flame, and pork is pan-fry.
Add soy sauce and "Salted Mushroom"  into the frying-pan.
It's stir-fried and finish.

Very very easy cooking.

Spinach Dried Curry

I made "Spinach Dried Curry"  using a "Magicwok".

It makes by using frozen "Boiled spinach".

First, put butter into the wok and melt it.

Add garlic and minced meat.

Then add vegetables and season it.

Finally, add the frozen spinach.

Steamed Pork and Vegetables

I made "Steamed Pork and Vegetables"  using a "Magicfrypan".

It makes by using frozen "Miso pickle of pork".

First, I put vegetables on a frypan.

Then put the "frozen pork" over it. And add a water 2Tbsp.

It steamed for eight minutes in a covered frypan.

Seasoning is only use a miso. It's very easy !

Grilled Salmon with Miso Mayonnaise

I made "Grilled Salmon with Miso Mayonnaise"  using a "Magicfrypan" and "Fish grill".

"Fish grill" is a common cooking utensils  in Japan.

First, salmon is baked using a frying pan.

Vegetables and mushrooms baked in the same way.

Make the dish with aluminum foil.

Salmon, vegetables, and mushroom put it in the foil.

Miso mayonnaise sauce over the salmon.

The sauce grilled to brown the surface in the "fish grill".
