Chicken Meatballs with Pickled Plum Flavor


Minced chicken are budget-pleasing ingredient.
This time, I made "Chicken Meatballs with Pickled Plum Flavor" using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

minced chicken    onion    water
seaweed drink powder    salt    lotus    green beans
A ( pickled plum paste    dashi-stock    mirin
soy sauce   potato starch )




The onion is cut finely.






The green bean is cut into three diagonal.






Lotus is cut into 5mm thick cut in half.
And wash with water.






In a bwol, combine mixture A.





The minced chicken and salt are put in the bowl and mix well by hand until it forms a sticky.




Add water when it forms became a sticky.
And mix well by hand.





Add seaweed drink powder.






Add finely chopped onion.






Mix well by hand.






The meatballs dough make shape like a meatball using two spoons.
Cook for 2 to 3 min until brown.







Turn over and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes then remove from pan.







Add lotus and green beans to the pan.
Fry over medium heat.







Return meatballs to the pan.
Add A, and then stir-fry everything.







Dish up on the plate.
Enjoy!








The meatballs are soft and tasty :-D
