Fried Eggplant

I made "Fried Eggplant" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

1 eggplant
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 leaves green perilla
1/2 myoga
soy sauce


Myoga and green perilla are cut julienne slices.






Cut off the tip of eggplant.
Cut eggplant in half lengthwise.
Make a cut in eggplant.
 
 
 
 
Deep-fry eggplant in oil at 170 degrees for about 2 min.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
After 2 min, turn over.
And deep-fry for about 2 min.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Dish up on the plate, and pour on a little soy sauce.
 
 
 
 
 
 
This dish is perfect for the hot summer.
Of course it's great with beer :-D
