Mapo Tomato
It will become fresh touch if a staple dish changes an ingredient.
This time, tomato is using instead of tofu.
Let's start cooking!
Ingredients.
The tomato cuts in half side, and removes the seed.
Cut the tomato into 8 pieces.
The okra rubbed with salt for remove vellus hair, and it is washed with water.
Cut the stem, then into 5 mm slice.
Minced, garlic, ginger, and green onion.
Sauce ingredients.
It's the same as the time of making "Mapo tofu".
Warm the "Magic Fry Pan" over low heat.
Add oil, hot bean sauce, minced ginger and minced garlic, and stir-fry.
Add ground meat, and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add soy sauce.
Add the sauce ingredients.
Add tomato and okra.
Finally, add sesame oil.
Dish up on the plate.
ENJOY!
It's very juicy mapo!
This taste is more than imagination.
