Vegetable Curry
I'd love curry, because I can eat many vegetables at one dish.
This time, I use only vegetables. Vegetables taste will make it taste good.
What does it taste like?
Let's start cooking!
A lot of vegetables!
Cut eggplant into 1 cm squares.
Cut carrot into 3 mm slices quarter (ichou-giri).
Break cauliflower into pieces.
The okra rubbed with salt for remove vellus hair, and it is washed with water. Cut the stem.
Cut tomato into 1 cm squares.
Minced onion.
The other ingredients.
Minced garlic, sliced ginger, cummin seed, bay leaf, curry powder, and corn potage soup.
Add 2-3 Tbsp olive oil to the "Magic Fry Pan".
Add cummin seed, and bay leaf, then turn the stove on.
The flavor remove to oil over low heat.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger.
Fry the onion until soft over low-medium heat.
Add all vegetables.
Sprinkle salt.
Cover the pan, and simmer over low heat for about 5 min.
5 min later.
Add curry-powder, and fry it.
Add corn potage soup.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Dish up on plates.
ENJOY!
The taste of vegetables are so delicious.
In fact, I don't really like cauliflower.
However, I thought that "This is the best cauliflower I've ever had!"
