"Satay" is a spit-roasted foods dish currently eaten widely in countries in Southeast Asia, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand.
Many Japanese people feel an affinity with "Satay" because It seems like Japanese yakitori.
I also think so.
Let's start cooking!
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Thread it onto skewers.
This is peanuts cream.
However, I recommend you to use peanut butter.
I mistook :'-(
Add nampla, curry powder, chili pepper flakes, pepper, sugar, and chicken soup powder.
Place water broth in a pot and begin to heat.
Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Add dairy cream when the broth has thickened.
Season with salt.
Pan-fry over low-medium heat about 7 to 10 mins.
Dish up on the plate.
ENJOY!
Wow, awesome!
It's like a Charcoal Grilled chicken.
The surface is so crispy, and meat is soft.
