Crispy and spicy chicken.

This time, I'll Introduce,how to bake crispy chicken at home.
Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients.

First, Remove fat from chicken, 
and make a cut in well.

Mix salt and hoajaofen.


Sprinkle salt on plate,then put the chicken under the skin,
And sprinkle mixed salt and hoajaofen on it.


In a well heat magic frypan,
add oil and chicken with skin facing down 
and cook over low heat until golden and crispy for 7-8 mins.


When cook meat, I cut the vegetables.
Green onion is slice diagonally cut in half lengthwise,
and cut Aojiso slice thinly,
and immerse it in water. 


Mix sugar and salt and chopped ginger.


When the skin has browned turn over in pan,
and the other side over low heat for 1-2 mins.


Put the vegetables on plate, 
and put the cut meat into bit-size pieces on it,
add mixed sauce,it is finished.
