That's why, this time, I'll try to cook low calorie dishes.

Ingredients
First, mix with all seasoning.
(water, sake, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, starch)
Cut chicken into 1.5 cm cubes,

Cook carrot in boiling water for 1 mins.
Add the broccoli and boil 20 seconds.
Put it out.
Blanch the chicken quickly.
Remove with strainer.
In a littel heated magic fry pan add oil and low flame.
Add cashew nuts and stir-fry until fragrant.
When it's browned,put it out.
Add diced boiled bamboo shoot and shiikake mushroom
and stir-fry over medium-high heat.
Add boiled vegetables and chicken.
Add cloud ear mushroom and stir-fry lightly.
Add mixed seasoning.
After boiling, add sesame oil, cashew nuts
and mix lightly.
Dish up on plates.
ENJOY!!
