Root vegetables become delicious in winter.
This sauce looks like meat sauce,but It cook vegetables only!!
Let's start cooking!!
Ingredients
cut all root vegetables into 3 or 4 mm dice
In a well-heated Magic Frypan add olive oil,
Add onion and carrot
stir-fry over low heat for 5 mins
stir-fry over low heat for 5 mins
After 5 mins,add burdock root and white radish and lotus root
stir fry for 3~4 mins
Turn the flame to high, add red wine.
Boil down
Add boiled tomato
Mix quickly,add laurier.
Boil down over medium heat a little for 10 mins.
Seasoned with salt and pepper.
Turn off the heat.
Add boiled pasta and mix quickly.
Add parmesan cheese.
Mix quickly.
Dish up on plates.
Enjoy!
The satiety than i expected, because it's very filling.
This sauce can preservation in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days.
