Curry of salmon and pumpkin

When it's cold,i want to eat spicy food
because my body's core become warm.
Let's start cooking!


Ingredients


In a well-heated magic fry pan 
add olive oil and 2 salmon with skin facing down and fry over medium heat.


When it pan-fry for 2 mins,
it turn over and cook the other side for 2 mins
and put out it. 


Wash the fry pan and heat over medium heat,
add olive oil and slice onion 
and green chili pepper and slice garlic,
and stir-fry until it is aromatic.


Add 1 T curry powder and 1/4 C plain yogurt
and 1 leaf laurel and cook stir-fry.


Add 1/2 tsp salt and 2 C water
and pumpkin cut into bite-size pieces
and tomato cut into 1 cm cube and 2 boiled eggs 
and cook over low heat for 15mins.

Put back salmon,add seasoned with salt and pepper.
  

Cut boiled eggs into half
and dish up on plates.
