Spicy Pork Noodle
It's good thing at hot summer that you sweat from eating spicy food.
Because, you feel refreshed after eating it.
This time, I cook a "Spicy Pork Noodle" using a "Magic Wok".
Let's start cooking!
This is for two people.
Thinly sliced pork is cut in the width of 1 cm.
The king oyster mushroom is cut in half length, and cut in 7mm corner.
After the Welsh onion cuts it in half lengthwise, it is diagonally sliced.
Add vegetable oil to the heated "Magic Wok".
Then, add the pork.
When the color of pork changes a little, the king oyster mushroom is added.
Garlic, ginger, and broad bean chili paste are added.
Cook until it is aromatic.
The soy sauce, the chicken soup, and the pepper are added.
Bring to a boil and remove the scum.
A Chinese noodle boiled during that time, and it puts it in the bowl.
Adding the bean sprout, and vinegar add at the end.
Dish up into the bowl.
Let's eat!
It's very delicious though is spicy!
A lot of sweats have come out because I am not good at spicy food.
But, I can't stop eating because it's very good taste.

Pasta Caprese
The cold pasta just perfect for the hot summer.
Insalata Caprese (salad in the style of Capri) is a simple salad from the Italian region of Campania, made of sliced fresh buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, seasoned with salt, and olive oil.
This time, I'll use mozzarella, tomatoes and basil to make a cold pasta.
Start cooking!
First, make the sauce.
Minced the onion.
Peel the garlic. Then crush the garlic with a wooden spoon.
Chop the basil.
Add the olive oil and the crushed garlic to the "Magic Fry Pan" over low heat, tilting it slightly.
Gently saute' the garlic until it turns a golden brown.
When the garlic color changed, it takes out.
Add the onion. Then stir-fry it until softened.
Add the boiled tomato.
Add the chili-pepper and half amount of the basil.
Let it cook down for 5 min.
5 min later.
Season with salt and pepper.
It's salty, but it become a just good taste when it was cooled.
Then cool in the refrigerator until it become cold.
Cut the grape tomato into quarter.
Dice the mozzarella cheese into 1cm pieces.
I use the 1.2mm pasta because I couldn't get the capellini at the supermarket.
Pasta is boiled a little more softly than usual.
It become hard when cooled it in water.
Paper dry the boiled pasta.
Dish up on plates.
Let's eat!
Looks so beautiful :-)
The combination of mozzarella, tomatoes and basil is fantastic!
It goes down really well, and taste good.

Fried Chicken with Vinegar Sauce
Chicken breast has a problem that it was easy to dry out.
This time, I use the cooking tip that it become soft and juicy.
Start cooking!
Make the vinegar sauce.
Minced the onion.
The tomato cuts in half side, and removes the seed.
It cuts in 1cm corner and put in the bowl.
The onion, the caper, the white wine vinegar, the salt, the pepper, and the virgin olive oil are added.
It mixes, and let stand for over 5 minutes.
Remove the skin of the chicken breast.

Cut it into 1.5mm sticks.
This shape keep from drying out and cook quickly.
Coat it with the flour thoroughly, and shake off excess flour.
Dip it in the beaten egg, and then place on the top of the breadcrumbs, and press lightly with your hands.
Shake off excess breadcrumbs.
It deep-fries with the high temperature for a short time.
In doing so, the chicken become soft and juicy.
2.5 min later, it turns light brown completely, take out and drain on a tray.
Dish up on the plate with salad and vinegar sauce.
Let's eat!
The vinegar sauce makes fried chicken freshen.
I was surprised that the chicken was very soft and juicy.
I recommend trying the tip.

The other day, I watched Bill Granger's TV cooking show.
I thought that I want to cook this recipe when I watched it.
I couldn't control my emotions because it's perfect for me.
Start cooking!
Slice the red onion.
Next, Make the garlic mayonnaise.
Minced garlic, a salt, a black pepper, and the balsamic vinegar are added to the mayonnaise and mix it.
The tomato is sideways made a round slices, and rucola is prepared.
The "Magic Fry Pan" is heated, the olive oil is put in, and the red onion is added.
Olive oil is used in small measure.
Add the balsamic vinegar.
Take out the red onion from pan and set aside.
The olive oil is sprinkled directly on the steak.
Salt and pepper are sprinkled.
This is done immediately before cook.
Put garlic mayonnaise on the bread.
Put the rucola on the bread.
Put the tomato on the rucola.
Spread thin layer of cooking oil on the frying pan.
After the frying-pan is heated enough, the steak is put.
Cook to desired doneness.
It puts it directly on bread.
The red onion is put on meat.
Put the bread on the top.
Cut in the half.
