Pork and Kimchi

I made "Pork and Kimchi" by using a "Magic Wok".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

pork    enoki mushroom    deep-fried tofu
Welsh onion    kimchi    soft flour
vegetable oil    sake    soy sauce
sesame oil    white sesame


Coat with flour to pork.






Add vegetable oil to the well-heated "Magic Wok", then add pork.






And stir-fry it until color changes.








Add Welsh onion.








Add enoki mushroom.








Add deep-fried tofu.








Add kimchi.
And stir-fry all.







Dish up on the plate.
Sprinkle sesame oil, cut into slices Welsh onion and white sesame over it.







The taste of kimchi is very good.
The texture of pork is very soft, because of effect of flour.
I was filled with a feeling of fullness.

Beef Hot Dog

I made "Beef Hot Dog" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

hot dog bun    beef    green onion    salt
pepper    black pepper    vegetable oil
whole-grain mustard    lettuce
paprika powder
 
 
Mince green onion into the bowl.
Add salt and pepper.






In the "Magic Fry Pan", add vegetable oil and heat over until 360°F.







Put hot oil on the green onion.






Add whole-grain mustard and black pepper.







Mix all.







Add vegetable oil to well-heated the frying-pan.
Add beef to the frying-pan, and stir-fry until color changes.






Add beef into the bowl, and mix it.






Stuff lettuce and beef into a hot dog bun.
Sprinkle paprika powder on the top of a bun.








The taste of green onion sauce is sweet.
The sweet taste stand out by hot oil.
It's not too much to say that it's new standard hot dog!

Salmon French Toast Sandwich

I made "Salmon French Toast Sandwich" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

sliced bread    A ( egg    milk    salt )
cheese    smoked salmon    onion    lettuce
B ( mayonnaise    milk )
 
 
 
Add "A" to bowl, then mix.
Cut sliced bread to into pieces and add to bowl.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add cheese and mix.
 
 
 
 
 
 
In "Magic Fry Pan", add vegetable oil, then spread mix bread.
Over low medium heat for about 2 min.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Turn bread upside down, and over low medium heat for about 2 min.
Then take out.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Put "B" sauce, lettuce, onion and salmon on bread.
Fold the bread in half.
 
 
 
 
Cut sandwich in half.
Dish up on plates.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The texture of French toast is very furry.
Lettuce and onion have crunchy texture.
These combination is wonderful.
The salty taste of salmon is perfect!

Chinese noodles with Green peas and Shrimps


I made "Chinese noodles with Green peas and Shrimps" by using a "Magic Wok".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

green pea    chinese noodle    sesame oil
shelled shrimp    green onion    ginger
Parmesan cheese    salt    pepper
A (sake    water    salt    sugar    pepper    sesame oil)




Rub green peas with salt.







Add green peas to boiling water.
Cook it in boiling water about 4 min, then drain.
Crush green peas with the side of a knife.
Boil chinese noodles rather hard.
Cover with sesame oil.

In "Magic Wok", add vegetable oil, then ginger and green onion.

Add shelled shrimp, and fry lightly.
Add green peas, and stir-fry over low heat.
Add "A" and chinese noodles to wok.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix.
Dish up on plates.











I've never eaten cooking like this.
It looks like pasta, but it isn't pasta.
Definitely, This taste is Chinese cuisine.
And so delicious!

Vongole Rosso

I made "Vongole Rosso" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

clam    boiled tomato    white wine    onion
garlic    red pepper    olive oil    spaghetti
salt    pepper    parsley    Parmesan cheese




Thoroughly wash clams to get rid of salt water and sand and set aside.
Add olive oil, minced garlic and red pepper to "Magic Fry Pan".
Fry over low heat.




Add clams and white wine.
Cover the frying-pan and over high heat until shells have fully opened.






Take out clam and soup separately.
Remove the shells from two-thirds clams.







In the same frying-pan, add olive oil.
Fry over medium heat until color changes.







Add boiled tomato, clams and soup.
Season salt and pepper.





Add boiled spaghetti and mix.








Dish up on plates.
Put unshelled clams on the spaghetti, and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.








The taste of clam is fantastic!
There is no doubt this is definitely good taste of clam soup.
This dish was so delicious.

Beef Filet Saute with Spices

I made "Beef Filet Saute with Spices" by using a "Magic Wok".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

beef filet    greenpepper    maitake mushrooms
greenonion    garlic    redpepper
Laurel leaves    stick cinnamon    Chinese star anise
salt    pepper
A ( sake    soy sauce    sugar    pepper    potato starch)

Cut beef into 2 cm squares.
Season with salt and pepper.





Cut green pepper into 2 cm squares.
Cut green onion into pieces 4 cm long.
Divide maitake mushroom into small amounts.





Heat vegetable oil in "Magic Wok", then on high, stir-fry beef.







Add maitake mushroom, and stir-fry lightly.
Then take out.







Add vegetable oil and red pepper, and fry slowly over gentle heat.
And saute until browned.






Add garlic and green pepper.








Add green onion, and fry lightly.








Add all spices.








Return beef and maitake mushroom to to the wok.
Add seasoning, and stir fry quickly.






Dish up on the plate.










The flavor of Chinese star anise is excellent!
I felt as if I had been travel to Asia!
This dish is authentic Chinese food.
