Ramen with Fried Garlic


It's important to take care of condition as seasons change.
Garlic increases people's stamina.
At this time of year, it's perfect ingredient.
Let's start cooking!


The base of ramen-noodles soup is made first. 
Add the follow ingredients to a small pan.
1/5 U.S.cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 knob sliced ginger
1 clove crushed garlic
2 Tbsp water
cut welsh onion into chunks.


Cook it over a medium heat and bring to the boil.
Lower the flame and continue simmering for 2 to 3 mins.


Pass through a colander.


Add the follow ingredients to a small pan.
1 2/3 U.S. cup  chicken soup
1 2/3 U.S. cup  dashi stock.


The ingredients of  the stir-fried dishes which put on top of ramen noodles.
250g  bean sprouts
7 to 8  chives
4 cloves garlic


In the "Magic Fry Pan", heat the sesame oil over moderately low heat.
Add garlic.


saute garlic in the oil until golden brown.
Take out it.


Add bean sprouts and chives to the same frying pan.
Season with salt and pepper.


Stir fry quickly, and take out.

Boil chinese noodle to package directions.


Add the base of ramen-noodles soup to the bowl.


Add the soup.


Add the boiled chinese noodles.


Put on stir fried bean sprouts and chives.
Add garlic.
Add the boiled egg according to taste.
ENJOY!

I'd love ramen!
I've ate ramen in ramen shop until now.
However, I'm going to cook a ramen at home from now because it was so delicious :-)

Risotto with Dried mushrooms


It's pleasant that various things can be cooked at a house.
I made dried mushrooms in my house.
This time, I'll try to cook using it.
Let's start cooking!


Let stand for 3-4 days in well-ventilated space.


Soak it in water for about 2 hours.


Ingredients.


Cut mushrooms into 1 cm squares.


In the "Magic Fry Pan", heat the olive oil over moderately low heat.
Add minced garlic.


Add mushrooms , and season with salt and pepper.
And saute it , then take out.


In the clean frying-pan, heat the olive oil over moderately low heat.
Add crushed garlic.


Add minced onion.


Add rice.
Stir-fry it until it becomes transparent.


Add white wine.


Pour in just enough bouillon to cover.
While stewing add more bouillon for about 15-20 mins.


15-20 mins later.
Add sauteed mushrooms.


Add butter, salt, and pepper.


Dish up on plates.
ENJOY!

The dried mushrooms taste is awesome!
I felt that I became like a good italian chef.
I was so happy :-)

Japanese-inspired Mushrooms Pasta


Autumn is the season of mushrooms.
This time, I'll try to cook pasta like a Japanese-style.
Let's start cooking!


Ingredients.


In the "Magic Fry Pan", heat the olive oil over moderately low heat.
Add red pepper, and sliced garlic.


Add bacon.


Add sliced onion.


Add mushrooms.


Add dashi stock and water.
Season with salt and soy sauce.


Add boiled pasta.


Dish up on plates.
ENJOY!

Mushrooms flavor is very tasty!
I felt that autumn is coming.
