Shrimp and tomato with linguine.

I love the shrimp and tomato.
This time, I'll try to cook using my favorite food.
Let' start cooking !!



Ingredients


This time, Shell-on shrimp is using.
Make a cut in the back of shrimp, and devein.


Cut the tomato into 1 cm cube.


Coarsely-chopped the flat leaf parsley,
and minced garlic.
  

In a well-heat the magic frypan, 
add olive oil and shrimp,
and stir-fry over high heat.


When it change color, add garlic. 



Add white wine and pasta water.
And mix lightly.
Add tomato and salt.


Add boiled linguine and flat leaf parsley,
and mix lightly and seasoning with salt.
Dish up it and put olive oil on and sprinkle pepper.
finish !


ENJOY !!

I was busy because this dish is important to speed!!
But it was appetizing and nice color, i was good to try.

Crispy and spicy chicken.

This time, I'll Introduce,how to bake crispy chicken at home.
Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients.

First, Remove fat from chicken, 
and make a cut in well.

Mix salt and hoajaofen.


Sprinkle salt on plate,then put the chicken under the skin,
And sprinkle mixed salt and hoajaofen on it.


In a well heat magic frypan,
add oil and chicken with skin facing down 
and cook over low heat until golden and crispy for 7-8 mins.


When cook meat, I cut the vegetables.
Green onion is slice diagonally cut in half lengthwise,
and cut Aojiso slice thinly,
and immerse it in water. 


Mix sugar and salt and chopped ginger.


When the skin has browned turn over in pan,
and the other side over low heat for 1-2 mins.


Put the vegetables on plate, 
and put the cut meat into bit-size pieces on it,
add mixed sauce,it is finished.

The crisp and fragrant chickens is so good.
and hoajaofen fragrant is awesome too.

Chinese-style stewed of meat balls a little bigger.

This time, I introduce the dishes of stewed for gluttonous.

Let's start cooking !

Ingredients. 


 First,mix soup ingredients.
(sake, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, water)


Make the meat balls.
Put the minced pork, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper 
into a bowl and mix well.

Make 2 balls.



In a well-heat the magic fry pan, 
add sesame oil and meat balls over medium heat. 


When browned turn it over in pan. 


Add mixed soup.


Add ginger and cook over medium heat.


Add shimeji mushrooms and qing-geng-cai 


After boiling, cover and simmer for 8 mins.


After 8 mins.



Dish up on plates.
Enjoy !

This meat balls is the volume substantial !
It looks like the hamburger. 
I'm filled with a feeling of fullness in this dishes. 
Enjoy eat with the vegetables.

Stir-fry of chicken and Cashew nuts

I love to eat delicious food a lot!!
but I don't want to gain my weight.....
That's why, this time, I'll try to cook low calorie dishes. 
Let's start cooking!!


Ingredients


First,  mix with all seasoning.
(water, sake, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, starch)  


Cut chicken into 1.5 cm cubes,
and dress it with sake and oil and starch.


Cook carrot in boiling water for 1 mins. 


Add the broccoli and boil 20 seconds. 
Put it out.

Blanch the chicken quickly.


Remove with strainer.



In a littel heated magic fry pan add oil and low flame.
Add cashew nuts and stir-fry until fragrant.
When it's browned,put it out. 



Add diced boiled bamboo shoot and shiikake mushroom 
and stir-fry over medium-high heat.



Add boiled vegetables and chicken. 


Add cloud ear mushroom and stir-fry lightly.



Add mixed seasoning.


After boiling, add sesame oil, cashew nuts 
and mix lightly.




Dish up on plates.
ENJOY!!

Amazingly, it's 109kcal for one person !
The roasted cashew nuts flavor is awesome dishes.

Eggplant with Blue cheese


This time, I'll introduce simple dishes to go with white wine.

Let's start cooking!


Ingredients
Surprisingly it only cook.


Cut eggplants into bite-size pieces.
Immerse it in salt water for 3 mins.


Drain eggplant


In a well-heat Magic fry pan 
add olive oil and eggplant.


Stir-fry over high heat until browned and tender.



Put eggplant into a bowl.
Add blue cheese evenly over the eggplant while it is still hot.


Dish up on plates.
Sprinkle to taste with black pepper. 
Enjoy!.

It was very easy recipe and very delicious.
It was very suitable for chilled white wine.
