Marinated Spring Vegetables and Clams

I made "Marinated Spring Vegetables and Clam" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients】

clam    garlic    white wine    asparagus    broccoli    grape tomato    mustard
white wine vinegar    virgin olive oil    salt    pepper

【Instructions】

Cut off the ends of the asparagus spears and pare away the hard outer skin on the bottom half.
Cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
Broccoli is split into small.
Add asparagus, broccoli, water and salt to a "Magic Fry Pan".
Cover and steam for 2 min.
And drain.
Clams to expel sand and dirt.
Garlic cut in half and crush.
Add clams, garlic and white wine to a "Magic Fry Pan".
Cover and steam until clam shells open.
Remove clams from shell.
Combine mustard, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper in the bowl.
Add virgin olive oil a little at a time to make a dressing.
Remove some dressing from bowl.
Add clams, asparagus, broccoli and grape tomato to the bowl, then mix all.
Let stand 30 min in fridge.
Arrange on dish and put some dressing on side of that.
I felt spring from this dish.








This dish has a rich taste from clams.
The dressing taste is good, so dressing is through the effect of white wine vinegar.
More than anything, vegetables were so delicious.
I'm happy that I was able to make this dish.

Salted Squid guts Pasta

I made "Salted Squid guts Pasta" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

Ingredients & Instructions】

salted squid guts
asparagus
green onion
spaghettini
olive oil, fresh cream, milk, butter, salt and pepper


Spaghettini into the pot to boil.

Cut off the ends of the asparagus spears and pare away the hard outer skin on the bottom half.
Cut it into 3 equal pieces.
Moreover cut lengthwise it into 4 equal pieces.
Add olive oil to a "Magic Fry Pan", then add asparagus and season with salt.

Add salted squid guts.
And stir-fry it lightly.







Add fresh cream, milk and butter, then boil down it about 2 min.






And season with salt.







Add boiled spaghettini, then stir.







Arrange it on plates.
Sprinkle with green onion and pepper.










That's unexpected combination.
However, salted squid guts make cream sauce to rich taste.
I like this taste very much!

Sauteed Mushrooms with Creamy Egg Sauce

I made "Sauteed Mushrooms with Creamy Egg Sauce" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

Ingredients & Instructions】

egg
fresh cream
butter
mushrooms
shiitake mushrooms
shimeji mushrooms
broad beans
bacon
Parmesan cheese
tomato ketchup
salt
pepper
olive oil

Cut mushrooms into 4 equal pieces.






Cut shiitake mushrooms into 6 equal pieces.
Shimeji mushrooms is split into small.





Shelled broad beans.
Add salt to boiling water.
Cook it in boiling water about 2 min.
 
 
 
 
 
Drain it.






And peel it.






In a "Magic Fry Pan", add olive oil, then bacon.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add all muchrooms and season with salt.
Saute mushrooms until cooked.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add broad beans and season with salt and pepper.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Beat an egg in the heat-resistant glass bowl.
 
 
 
 
 
 
And double-boil it until creamy.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add butter and fresh cream.
Cream it, then season with salt and pepper.
 
 
 
 
 
Put some sauce and tomato ketchup on the plate.
Arrange mushrooms on sauce.
Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
This dish has a very good harmony!
Of course each taste is good.
However, it become wonderful taste when everything become together.

Tofu and Green pepper Chample

I made "Tofu and Green pepper Chample" by  a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

Hard tofu
Green pepper
Egg
Sesame oil
Salt
Soy sauce
Bonito flakes

Break hard tofu into 10 equal pieces with your fingers.
Put the tofu on paper towel.
Let stand for about 5 min to eliminate excess moisture.
Remove excess moisture from the hard tofu before cooking. Otherwise, the resultant absorb water and lose flavor.


Cut coarsely green pepper.
And beat eggs.





In a "Magic Fry Pan", add sesame oil.
Put the tofu into the frying-pan.
Cook top side and bottom of tofu pieces over medium heat.






Don't roll tofu around too much.








Remove tofu from pan and put on paper towel.






Add sesame oil and green pepper to the same frying-pan.
And fry it about 1 min.







Return tofu to the frying-pan.
And season with salt.







Add beaten eggs to the frying-pan, then stir-fry it about 2 min.
Add soy sauce and Bonito flakes, then stir-fry it lightly.






Arrange it on the plate.










The tofu was delicious!
Coated tofu looked like French toast.
However, It has an exquisite seasoning with salt.

Sagy Pork medallion

I made "Sagy Pork medallion" by  a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

Pork medallion
Sage
Garlic
Broad beans
Parmesan cheese
Balsamic vinegar
Salt, Pepper and Olive oil
 
Let the pork warm to room temperature.
Cut it in half.
Pound it with the flat side of a knife.
 
 
 
Shelled broad beans.
Add salt to boiling water.
Cook it in boiling water about 2 min.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Drain it,then peel it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Cook garlic in same boiling water.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put sage on top of the pork.
 
 
 
 
In a well-heated "Magic Fry Pan", add olive oil, then the pork.
Put the pork with the sage side facing down into a frying-pan.
Turn the heat to medium.
 
 
 
 
After 3-4 min, then turn over the pork.
Put the boiled garlic into the "Magic Fry Pan".
After 3-4 min, remove the pork and garlic, then arrange them on plates.
 
 
 
 
Add the broad beans into the same frying-pan, then fry it lightly.
Remove it, then arrange it on plates.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add balsamic vinegar into the same frying-pan, then boil it lightly.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Put sauce on the plate, then sprinkle parmesan cheese on it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I felt like I became a restaurant chef.
It visual effects that beautiful.
Of course, the taste is also delicious.
The boiled garlic improve palatability.
It can make quick and easy.
I'm greatly pleased!
