Fried Chicken with Sweet Sour Sauce


When extremely humid hot day, I want to eat sour taste food.
It will surely boost my appetite.

【Ingredients & Instructions】

chicken    grated ginger    salt    honey
white wine vinegar    black pepper    cabbage
A ( sour cream    mayonnaise    caper    pickle
boiled egg    chopped onion    sugar
lemon juice    chopped parsley )

Cut the chicken into 6 pieces.





Add the chicken, salt and grated ginger to the bowl.






Rub it, and then let stand about 5 min.






During that time, make the sweet sour sauce.
Mash the boiled egg with a fork.






Add rest ingredients of "A" to the bowl.







And mix well.







5 min later, add white wine vinegar, honey and black pepper to the bowl and rub.
Coat with flour, and shake off any excess.




Deep-fry it in oil at 170 degrees for 5 min.
Stir to prevent burning.







5 min later.




Dish up on plates.
Enjoy!







The taste of fried chicken is wonderful.
The sweet sour sauce makes me happy :-D

Tomato and Chicken Stir-fry



The recipe only takes about 10 min to complete.
It's the best for summer hot day.

【Ingredients & Instructions】

chicken    tomato    asparagus    garlic




Cut tomatoes into wedges.







Cut diagonally asparagus into quarters.






Cut garlic into slices.




Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.






Add the chicken, sake, potato starch, salt and pepper to the bowl, and rub.

In the "Magic Fry Pan", add sesame oil and saute garlic over low heat until  aromatic.






Add the chicken to the pan over medium heat.
Saute about 2-3 min.







Add asparagus.








Add sake when asparagus became vivid green.







Add tomatoes, oyster sauce and soy sauce when the liquid is gone.
Stir-fry lightly.






Dish up on the plate.
Enjoy!







Lightly fried tomatoes are delicious!

Simmered Sardine with Pickled Plums


Until now, I had thought that "simmered sardine with pickled plums" is difficult for me.
This time, I try to cook it by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

sardines
pickled plums
ginger





Cut along the belly of each sardine and then scoop out the insides.




Clean the insides with salt water in a bowl.






Add sardines to the "Magic Fry Pan".
Head is left, and tail is right.







Add water and vinegar to the pan.







Cover with drop-lid, and after the water has boiled keep boiling gently for 7 min.








7 min later.
Remove boiled water.








Add water, sake, mirin, sugar and soy sauce to the same pan.
Pickled plums break with fingers.
Add it and seed of pickled plum to the pan.







Add sliced ginger.









Cover with drop-lid, and after the water has boiled keep boiling over low medium heat for 30 min.







30 min later.









Dish up on the plate.
Enjoy!

Fried Horse Mackerel


I think that the best cookery method of horse mackerel is fry.
This time, I made "Fried Horse Mackerel" by using a "Magic Wok".

【Instructions】

First, I make vegetable sauce for fried horse mackerel.





Add all ingredients for sauce to a pan.






 
Simmer until the sauce has thickened.








Add flour, egg and water to a bowl.






And mix it well by whisk.







Sprinkle salt and pepper to horse mackerels.





Dip horse mackerels first into the egg and flour liquid and then into bread crumb.




Deep-fry it in oil at 170 degrees until golden brown.







Pour the vegetable sauce on it.
Enjoy!
