Teriyaki Chicken Gratin

One of signature food of Japan is Teriyaki chicken.
This time, I'll try to cook it with cheese.

Let's try cooking !!

Cut in the chicken into pieces 1.5 cm thick. 


Make the sauce.
Mix sake, mirin, soy sauce, and ketchup.


Soak the chicken in this sauce for 10 mins.


Cut the onion into slices. 


After 10 mins, Wipe off sauce chicken,
next, sprinkle with flour . 


In a well-heat the magic fry pan, add oil, chicken and cook over low heat.
You will carefully baked it at low heat.

When it has browned turn over in pan.


Cover and let steam for 2 mins.


After 2 mins, Add onions and fry over medium heat until glassy.


Add sauce.


Boil down over high heat.


When boiled down, add those to gratin dish.


Add egg yolks.


Add cheese.


It cook by toaster oven until cheese melts.


FINISH !!

Cheese and egg yolks is very creamy.
Teriyaki flavor is so good.
