Japanese-Style Chow Mein


I made "Japanese-Style Chow Mein" by using "MagicFryPan" and "MagicWok".
The aroma of Worcestershire sauce and hot noodles will stimulate your appetite!

【Ingredients】

2 portions cooked yakisoba wheat noodles
1 oz pork, thinly sliced
1/12 oz dried sakura shrimps
1 1/2 cabbage leaves
1 3/4 oz bean sprouts
1/2 oz carrot
1 large cloud ear mushroom
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch salt and pepper

1 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsps Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce
2 tsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps sake
Pinch salt and pepper

Beni-shoga red vinegared ginger

【Instructions】

1.Cut the pork into 3/4 to 1 1/5-inch pieces, and season with salt and pepper.Cut the cabbage leaves into 3/8-inch wide rectangles.Peel the carrot, and cut into thin strips.Rinse the bean sprouts in cold water.Soak the cloud ear mushrooms in cold water to soften, and cut into thin strips.Mix all the seasonings of A in a bowl,and set aside.
2.Spread 2 Tbsps vegetable oil over the wok, and add the pork, cabbage leaves, carrot, bean sprouts and cloud ear mushrooms in this order, and fry.Then, add cooked noodles and fry.
3.Add the sakura shrimps and seasonings of A to 2, and fry.
4.Arrange on individual plates.Sprinkle on the green leaver, and garnish with the beni-shoga red vinegared ginger.

【Note】

To enhance the taste of the dish, fry the noodles until both sides are browned first.
