Vongole Rosso

I made "Vongole Rosso" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

clam    boiled tomato    white wine    onion
garlic    red pepper    olive oil    spaghetti
salt    pepper    parsley    Parmesan cheese




Thoroughly wash clams to get rid of salt water and sand and set aside.
Add olive oil, minced garlic and red pepper to "Magic Fry Pan".
Fry over low heat.




Add clams and white wine.
Cover the frying-pan and over high heat until shells have fully opened.






Take out clam and soup separately.
Remove the shells from two-thirds clams.







In the same frying-pan, add olive oil.
Fry over medium heat until color changes.







Add boiled tomato, clams and soup.
Season salt and pepper.





Add boiled spaghetti and mix.








Dish up on plates.
Put unshelled clams on the spaghetti, and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.








The taste of clam is fantastic!
There is no doubt this is definitely good taste of clam soup.
This dish was so delicious.

Beef Filet Saute with Spices

I made "Beef Filet Saute with Spices" by using a "Magic Wok".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

beef filet    greenpepper    maitake mushrooms
greenonion    garlic    redpepper
Laurel leaves    stick cinnamon    Chinese star anise
salt    pepper
A ( sake    soy sauce    sugar    pepper    potato starch)

Cut beef into 2 cm squares.
Season with salt and pepper.





Cut green pepper into 2 cm squares.
Cut green onion into pieces 4 cm long.
Divide maitake mushroom into small amounts.





Heat vegetable oil in "Magic Wok", then on high, stir-fry beef.







Add maitake mushroom, and stir-fry lightly.
Then take out.







Add vegetable oil and red pepper, and fry slowly over gentle heat.
And saute until browned.






Add garlic and green pepper.








Add green onion, and fry lightly.








Add all spices.








Return beef and maitake mushroom to to the wok.
Add seasoning, and stir fry quickly.






Dish up on the plate.










The flavor of Chinese star anise is excellent!
I felt as if I had been travel to Asia!
This dish is authentic Chinese food.

Beef with Freshly Ground Pepper Stir-fry

I made "Beef with Freshly Ground Pepper Stir-fry" by using a "MagicWok".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

beef    boiled bamboo shoot
king trumpet mushroom    paprika
black grain pepper
A ( water    chicken soup powder    oyster sauce
soy sauce    sake    sugar    potato starch)
sesame oil

Black grain pepper is roughly ground with a wooden pestle.





Add beef, sake, vegetable oil, potato starch and salt, and mix.





Add vegetable oil to a well-heated "Magic Wok".
Add beef to wok.







Add pepper to wok before color changes.
And stir fry.







Add boiled bamboo shoot, king trumpet mushroom and paprika to wok, and stir fry.







Add A to wok, and stir fry.
Add sesame oil to wok when sauce is thickened, and stir fry.







Dish up on the plate.








The flavor of freshly ground pepper is very good.
This dish goes great with beer.
Everything texture is excellent, because these ingredients were cook up.

Udon with Soft Boiled Egg and Natto

I made "Udon with Soft Boiled Egg and Natto" by using a "MagicFryPan".

Ingredients & Instructions】

eggs    natto    minced chicken
udon    green onion    chopped dried sea weed
sake    mirin    sugar    soy sauce
dashi stock    japanese mustard


Let eggs warm to room temperature.
Boil a liter of water.
Turn off the heat.
Add 200 ml water into the pan.
Put eggs into the pan softly.
Cover the pan, and let stand for 8 min.


After 8 min, immerse eggs in ice water.

Add minced chicken, sake, mirin, sugar and soy sauce to a "MagicFryPan".






Mix well together beforehand.








Prepare many chopsticks.







Turn the heat to medium.
Stir with chopsticks until soup is transparent.







Drain it.








Put udon into hot water to boil.
Rub and rinse in cold water.
Drain it.




Add natto, minced chicken, dashi stock, mirin, soy sauce and Japanese mustard.
And mix all well.





Perfect soft boiled egg.







Dish up on the plate.









The texture of the udon is so smooth and pleasant.
The soup with minced chicken in tasty.
I can't stop eating!

Twice Cooked Pork

I made "Twice Cooked Pork" by using a "Magic Wok".

Ingredients & Instructions】

pork    cabbage    green pepper    onion
ginger    garlic    hot brown bean sauce
A (sweet bean paste "Tian mian jiang"
sugar    soy sauce    sake    sesame oil)

 
Parboil pork, then drain.







Add ginger, garlic and  hot brown bean sauce into a "Magic Wok" and stir.






Add cabbage, green pepper and onion to the wok.
And stir-fry lightly.








Add boiled pork.








Add "A" to the wok.







Then stir-fry.








Dish up on the plate.








I love the crunchy texture!
The cabbage is crisp to eat.
The pork is very tender.
And of course the sauce is very very tasty!
This dish is excellent, because cooking time is short and easy.
