Deep-Fried Eggplant with Meat Sauce


Right now, summer vegetables are in season.I would like to continue to eat it every day.
This time, I try to cook it by using a "Magic Wok".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

eggplants
minced pork
minced onion
julienne sliced lettuce

sweetened soybean paste
sake    sugar    soy sauce    water
mix starch with water    sesame    sesame oil
 
 
Turn on the diagonal cuts on both sides.



Deep-fry it in oil at 170 degrees for 4 min.







4 min later.






Remove the oil.
Add minced pork to the wok.







Add minced onion before color changes.
And fry it well.





Add sweetened soybean paste, sake, sugar and soy sauce.







Add water and cook it over low heat for about 1 min.








Add mix starch with water, sesame and sesame oil.







Dish up on plates.
Enjoy!
