Fride oyster sauce of chinese cabbage and beef.

Happy new year ! everyone.
I'll try to cook many different dishes.

This time, I'll try to cook simple recipe dishes.

Let's start cooking !!

Ingredients


Seasoning beef with salt and pepper,
and coat with flour on it. 


In a well-heat the magic frypan, add vegetable oil 
and cook over low heat until aromatic.


Add the beef, and cook medium heat lightly.


Add core of chinese cabbage.


Add chinese cabbage leaves.


Add seasoning with sugar, soy sauce, sake, oyster.
Add sesame oil to finish. 


ENJOY !!

Crunchy texture of chinese cabbage and beef taste is very good.
About 15 mins from preparation until completion, 
It's easy to cook.
