Stew of plenty mushrooms

There is still cold days in japan.
At times like this, I want to eat warm food.

This time, I'll try to cook the warm food of mushrooms nutrition and flavor.

Let's start cooking !! 


Ingredient 


In a well-heat the Magicfrypan, 
And melt butter over medium heat. 
Add mushrooms,  fry over medium stronger heat until browned. 

After 2 mins, add seasoning with salt and pepper.
And put it out.


Add butter and oil in the same fry pan.
Add the beef seasoned with salt and pepper, and bake over medium heat. 


When meat is slightly browned, add onions and fry.


When onion become soft, add demiglace sauce.
Fry until the sauce has thickened about 3-4 mins. 


When it has thicken, 
Add 1/5 U.S. cups red wine, 4/5 U.S. water and soup stock cube. 


Turn up high heat, Add garlic and laurel leaves.
After boiling, then let simmer for 10 mins and remove the scum.


After 10 mins, Add mushrooms.
Simmer it stirring occasionally for 10 mins.


Add salt to taste and butter.


Arrange the stew on a plate add fresh cream.

FINISH !!

   Plenty mushrooms is very delicious.
This dish goes with rice !

I got warm body on a cold day, to eat this mushroom stew.
