Bulgogi

Now, Korean food has become familiar to those in Japan.


I made "Bulgogi"  using a "Magicfrypan".

【Ingredient & Directions】

Bean sprout
Onion
Carrot
Chive
Beef


Mix  ground-up sesame seeds, grated garlic, soy sauce, sake, mirin, gochujang and sugar in a bowl to
make the sauce.






Beef into the bowl.
Mixed it by using the hands.






The vegetables are put into the bowl.
And mix it well.






When sesame oil is heated, all things are put in the frying-pan.
Fry it in a covered frying-pan.





Looks like this for a while.







Arrange it on plate.
Finally, Sprinkle sesame-oil on meat.









【My impression】
"Bulgogi" is so delicious :-)
The salty-sweet taste is good.
