Fried Rice with Asparagus and Crab Sauce
I made "Fried Rice with Asparagus and Crab Sauce" using a "Magicfrypan".
【Ingredient & Directions】
Rice
Egg
Green onion
Asparagus
Canned crab
Chicken soup powder
Salt, Pepper, Mix potato starch with water
Add oil to a well-heated frying pan, then add beaten egg.
Add rice before egg become hard.
Mix it well.
And break up any clumps while sauteing over high heat.
Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and green onion.
Fried rice arrange on dishes.
In a pan, add sesame oil.
Asparagus is saute lightly.
Add canned crab, water, chicken soup powder, salt and pepper.
It is boiled and turn off the heat.
Add the potato starch dissolved in the same quantity of water to make a thick sauce.
Pour the thick sauce over the fried rice.
The texture of asparagus is so good!
The thick sauce goes well with the fried rice.
