Deep-Fried Tofu with Ginger Pork Saute
I made "Deep-Fried Tofu with Ginger Pork Saute" using a "Magicfrypan".
【Ingredient & Directions】
Deep-fried tofu
Pork
Green onion
Ginger
Sauce ( Sake, Sugar, Mirin, Soy sauce )
White sesame
In a pan, add deep-fried tofu over medium heat until surface is crispy.
Both sides are browned.
Remove deep-fried tofu from pan.
And cut it into bite-size pieces.
Add sesame oil to well-heated same pan, then add the pork.
When the pork starts to brown, add ginger and green onion.
Add the sauce (sake, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce).
And stir to coat.
Serve on a dish deep-fried tofu with ginger pork saute and white sesame.
Crispy texture is the best!
