Sagy Pork medallion

I made "Sagy Pork medallion" by  a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

Pork medallion
Sage
Garlic
Broad beans
Parmesan cheese
Balsamic vinegar
Salt, Pepper and Olive oil
 
Let the pork warm to room temperature.
Cut it in half.
Pound it with the flat side of a knife.
 
 
 
Shelled broad beans.
Add salt to boiling water.
Cook it in boiling water about 2 min.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Drain it,then peel it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Cook garlic in same boiling water.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put sage on top of the pork.
 
 
 
 
In a well-heated "Magic Fry Pan", add olive oil, then the pork.
Put the pork with the sage side facing down into a frying-pan.
Turn the heat to medium.
 
 
 
 
After 3-4 min, then turn over the pork.
Put the boiled garlic into the "Magic Fry Pan".
After 3-4 min, remove the pork and garlic, then arrange them on plates.
 
 
 
 
Add the broad beans into the same frying-pan, then fry it lightly.
Remove it, then arrange it on plates.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Add balsamic vinegar into the same frying-pan, then boil it lightly.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Put sauce on the plate, then sprinkle parmesan cheese on it.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I felt like I became a restaurant chef.
It visual effects that beautiful.
Of course, the taste is also delicious.
The boiled garlic improve palatability.
It can make quick and easy.
