Deep–Fried Breaded Pork Cutlets

I made "Deep–Fried Breaded Pork Cutlets"  using a "Magicfrypan".

This is a very popular dish in Japan.

But this dish, the meat used is a little different.

I use thinly-sliced pork.

It's very soft and tasty!
