Deep-Fried Bean Curd and Cabbage Japanese Style Pasta

I made "Bean Curd and Cabbage Japanese Style Pasta"  using a "Magicfrypan".

First, I made frozen "Deep-Fried Bean Curd".

How to make frozen "Deep-Fried Bean Curd"

Mirin, soy sauce, and grate a ginger are put in the bowl and  mix it well. The deep-fried bean curd is cut in width of 1 cm.
The fried bean curd is put in the preservation bag with the zipper, and rub the deep-fried bean curd into the sauce.
It preserve with the freezer.

How to make this pasta

Frozen "deep-fried bean curd" is defrosting.
The cabbage is cut in the width of 1 cm, and the red chilli is made slicing excluding the seed.
Other ingredients is dried whitebait.
This time, other seasoning is not addition.
Start boiling the pasta.
Olive oil and the red chilli are put in the frying-pan.
The defrosted deep-fried bean curd is put in the frying-pan.
Stir-fry until browned on surface.
The boiling soup of pasta is taken a little.
The cabbage is boil with pasta.
Dried whitebait and the boiling soup are put in the frying-pan.
Pasta and the cabbage are put in the frying-pan, and the whole is mixed quick.
Finally, it arrange on dish.
