Simmered Deep-Fried Tofu and Salted Mushroom

I made "Simmered Deep-Fried Tofu and Salted Mushroom"  using a "Magicwok".

I using salted mushroom again this time.

How to make this dish

Lukewarm water is put on the bowl.
The deep-fried tofu is put the bowl and washed by hand.
The deep-fried tofu drained excess liquid using paper towel.
And tear it into bite-sized pieces.
The deep-fried tofu, salted mushroom, soy sauce and water are put in a little frying-pan.
Boil it at medium heat.
When it boils up, turn it upside down on.
It cook on low heat about 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

When using "Salted Mushroom", it's very easy to seasoning.
