Fried Chicken and Goya

The turn of the season upsets one's health easily. 
Let's get vigour from food at such time. 
This time, seasoning becomes a point.
Let's start cooking!
Add sauce ingredients to the bowl and mix it.













Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, and add to the bowl.
Rub it, then let stand for 30 min.



Cut goya into quarters.











Scoop out the insides with spoon.






Cut it into 5-mm lengths.
Sprinkle salt.
Let stand for 10 min.






10 mins later.
Paper dry.








Ingredients of batter.







Add flour, potato starch, and baking powder to the bowl.








Water is added dividing into several-time, and it mixes.







Add roasted sesame, and vegetable oil.









Heat oil , and start deep-frying while coating goya with batter.
Oil temperature is 160 degrees C.





Paper dry.









Coat with the potato starch, and shake off excess potato starch.








Coating chicken with batter. (Besides skin.)








Deep-frying at 160 degrees C.









Then, it deep-fries at 180 degrees C again.







Dish up on the plate.
ENJOY!












Very crunchy texture!
That's effect of baking powder.
The taste of chicken gave me more energy!
