In autumn, I have an increased appetite.
This time, I'm going to cook a bountiful scrambled eggs.
Let's start cooking!

Fresh corn.
Not boiled.

Cut corn kernels from corn stalk.
Cut green beans into 1 cm wide.

Add prawns, salt, potato starch, and water to the bowl, and rub.
Remove stains from surface, and rinse it well under running water.
Paper dry.

Cut it into 1 cm wide.

Coarsely-chopped green onion.

Sauce ingredients.

Add eggs, salt, pepper, and sesame oil to the bowl, and beat an egg.

Add vegetable oil to the well-heated "Magic Wok", then add corn and green beans.

Add prawns.
Stir-fry until it's cooked.
Then add green onion.

Add beaten egg.
Stir egg lightly.
Add vegetable oil from the end of eggs.

Cover it over low heat for 1 min.
Then, take out to the dish.

Clean the wok.
Add vegetable oil, and minced garlic over low heat.

Add soy sauce, sugar, water, and sesame oil.
If this is the case, bring it to a boil.

Pour the sauce to the scrambled eggs.
ENJOY!

It's pretty volume, and delicious :-)
The fresh corn is very sweet.
The taste of sauce goes great with scrambled eggs.
