Now in Japan,  you can buy many foreign country's food.
That's very happy things for me.
This time, I'll try to cook like a local food.
Let's start cooking!

Pho.

"Bai Makood", "Lemongrass", and "Galangal".
They are authentic spice for Vietnamese food.

The other ingredients are chicken wing, garlic, and salt.
"Ga" means chicken.

Bring the water to a full boil.
Then, add chicken wings.

Add garlic, bai makood, lemongrass, galangal and salt.
Remove scum, and simmer it over low heat for 30 mins.

Cut lettuce into 2 cm julienne slices.

Cut fresh coriander into 2 cm lengths.

Bean sprouts and fish paste balls.

Fried onion and lime.

30 mins later, add nam pla, sugar, and fish paste balls.

Boil pho to package directions.

Add bean sprouts to a wok and let boil.

Add boiled pho.

Dish up on bowls.
ENJOY!
