Carbonara of asparagus

I didn't know, The asparagus has a lot of nutrients
such as skin effect, enhanced immunity and more. 

This time, I'll try to cook to use asparagus.

Let's start cooking !! 

Ingredients 

80 g fusilli (short pasta)
4 Green asparagus
20 g bacon

<A>
1 egg yolk
80 ml fresh cream
20 g parmesan cheese(grated)
salt
pepper

salt
olive oil
black pepper


First, mix <A> all


Boil fusilli.


In a well-heated the magic fry pan add olive oil and bacon.


Fry over medium-low heat until crispy. 


When bacon is crispy, add stalk of green asparagus.
Fry until it tender a little.


Add ear tip of green asparagus and 1 ladle a little of pasta water,
and boil them for 30 sec - 1 min.


Add boiled fusilli, and stir them.


Remove the magic fry pan from the heat.
Add <A> sauce and them go back to heat and cook over low heat,
Then stir them slowly until thickened a little.


Finish add black pepper, Dish up on plate

ENJOY !!


This time, I didn't fail Carbonara, I was able to cook it.
Green asparagus and fusilli go well together !!
