Chinese-style miso stewed of sparerib

Occasionally, I want to eat meat. 
That's why, This times, I'll try to cook meat dished I spend a lot of time.

Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients

8(650g ) sparerib
2 green onion 
4g salt
pepper
1 garlic 
5g ginger 
oil

<boiled soup>
2 Tsp red miso
2 Tsp sake
1.8 liter water
1 Tbsp soy sauce 
1 Tsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tsp sesame oil


Seasoning sparrib with salt and pepper.

In a well-heat magic wok, add oil and the green onions,
cook over high heat.

When it's browned, it take out and clean the wok.

In a well-heat wok, add oil a little and sparerib cook over high heat.

When it's nicely browned, it turn over in a wok.



Then removed sparerib from a wok.


Then add garlic and ginger, cook it medium a little heat. 


When it's aromatic, add the red miso and the sake.


Cook over low heat until spicy.


Then add water, soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce, 


When it boiled, The sparerib return to the wok.


While cooking, remove the lye, 
and boil down over low heat until almost no liquid remains.



After 40 mins.



After 70 mins


When only a thin layer of broth is left,
add green onion and sesame oil, 
and dress it with sauce.


Dish up on the plate.

ENJOY !!

It's very very tender and very rich taste,
because i spent a long time to cook it.

I thought, I'd spend time cooking once in a while.
