purukogi udon

I also like Korean food.
Tteokbokki, Pajeon, Kimchi Jigae, Kalguksu, Budae jjigae and more...

This time, I'll try cooking to coalesce Korean food and Japanese food. 

Let's start cooking !! 


Ingredients

3 1/2 oz beef
3 1/2 oz onion
1 1/3 oz shimeji mushroom
2/3 oz carrot
2(6 1/3 oz) frozen udon noodles
2 egg yolk
 sesame
Bannou-negi onion

<A>
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp gochujang
pepper
1/4 Tsp chicken stock powder
Pinch grated garlic

1 Tbsp sesame oil
salt
pepper 


Mix <A> all


Boil the frozen udon noodles in the magic fry pan.
1 cup water 1 per frozen udon noodles.  


Cover and boil over high heat.


Boiled udon noodles is drain well.


In a well-heated the magic wok add sesame oil and beef,
then seasoning with salt and pepper,and saute over medium heat lightly.


Remove the meat to undercooked. 


Now in the wok with, cook onion, carrot and shimeji mushroom.
If oil is few, add it.


Cook it until slightly tender. 



Add <A> sauce, and boil it up.


Add the meat, and then dress them with sauce lightly.


Add udon noodles.


Dress it with sauce well.




Dish up on the plate.
Finish with sesame, Bannou-negi onion and egg yolk. 

ENJOY !!

Infallibly, This was spicy hot and delicious.

When i ate this, I thought I'd like to go to Korea
 to eat many different Korean foods.
