Ginger Pork Saute


I made "Ginger Pork Saute"  using a "Magicfrypan".
"Ginger Pork Saute" is very popular in Japan.

Mix the ingredients of sauce in a bowl.
Soak the pork in the bowl about 5 min.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, and lay the pork slices within.
Make sure that each slice is fully spread out in the pan.
Fry the pork over a medium heat.
Put the sauce into the frying pan, and simmer the sauce while coating the pork with the sauce lightly.

It's very very tasty!

Sauteed Scomberomorus niphonius

I made "Sauteed Scomberomorus niphonius"  using a "Magicfrypan".

The fish is called announce of  the arrival of spring.

The fish saute only half side and remove it from frying-pan.
Add garlic, bacon, paprika, and onion to the frying-pan.
Continue saute by medium heat until it becomes wilted.
Add cooked tomato and water to the frying-pan.
Simmer it over on low heat.
The fish is put in the frying-pan again.
In addition simmer it over on low heat a short time.

The fish was very soft and delicious!
When leftover sauce is put on top of baguette, it's very tasty.
