Crispy pork with glaze sauce

This time, I'll try to cook to pork dish to match the rice.
Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients


Sprinkle the pork with soy sauce and sake and mirin sake on both sides.


Sprinkle it with starch because it make crispy. 


Add 1cm oil in the magicfrypan and heat over medium.
When heat up the oil, add pork.   


When it's burned to crisp, and turn over in a pan,
and cook it until crisp other side too. 


Put it out and lightly drain excess oil.
Cut it into three equal parts.


Make glaze sauce.
Pour soup stock and soy sauce and mirin sake and sugar into the small pan 
and boil down over heat medium.  
When it boil down, add starch with water and thickness.


The pork on dish, add grate radish and fine strips of row cibol.
and put glaze sauce, and finish !!
