Rice gruel of chicken sukiyaki style

This time, I'll try to cook warming dish.
Let's start cooking !!


Ingredients


Cut chicken into 1 cm dice.


Make a tiny cut in surface of green onion.


Cut it into 2 cm length


The cooked rice lightly wash to take sticky.


In a well-heat a magicfrypan, add oil and chicken.


Add green onions and cook over medium heat stronger.


When it has browned add diced white radish.


When overall are coated with the oil, 
add salt and sake, soy sauce, mirin cooking sake,
and cook over medium heat for 3 mins.


After 3 mins, add soup stock and remove scum. 


When it boiled, add cooked rice.


Pour the well-beaten eggs into it.


Add chopped green onions to finish.

ENJOY !!

One bite leads to another because it is very delicious.
