Sweet chili shrimp of fresh tomato

Sweet chili shrimp is a popular Chinese dishes.
This time, I'll try to cook it with fresh tomato and egg.
Let's start cooking !! 

Ingredients


Devein shrimps and wash it water.
Dry off it with a paper towel.
Put it in the bowl, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Add egg white 1 tsp and rub it into shrimps.
Sprinkle starch and vegetable oil.  


In a well-heated Magicfrypan, add oil 1 Tbsp,
Once, turn off the heat, add shrimps.
Once again, turn on the heat, and cook over high heat.


Put shrimps out as soon as its color changes.


Add vegetable oil and chopped onion and ginger and hot brown bean sauce,
and cook over low heat.


Add diced tomato.


Add chopped shiitake mushroom and sprout garlic.


Add soup stock 1 cup and sugar 1 Tsp and a little salt, pepper, kobutya. 


When it boil, add chopped green onion, and lightly mix.


Add starch with water littel by littel, add thickness.


Add beaten egg , and lightly mix.


Add vegetable oil 1tsp and vinegar a little.
Turn off heat, and dish up on plates.
Finish !


ENJOY !!

The texture of shrimp and fluffy egg is so good. 
I think it's mild and easy to eat in fresh tomato and fluffy egg.
