Salmon with Sweet-Spicy Glaze

The season of newly harvested rice in japan.
This time,  I'll try to cook, newly harvested rice goes well with dishes.

Let's start cooking.

Ingredients


Cut salmon diagonally into 1 cm thick,
and seasoning with salt and pepper and sake.


Mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sake.


Coat salmon with a lot of starch.
In a well-heat magic frypan, 
Add oil and salmon and cook over high heat until crispy on both sides.
When it has browned, put it out frypan. 

Add mixed seasoning, and cook boil the sauce.


When it boiled, add chili pepper and japanese pepper. 


When it boiled down, put salmon back,
and  then dress it with sauce,
and  heat it thoroughly. 


Add green onion and sesame.
Mix lightly and turn off heat,
and put sesame oil on.
Dish up on plates.
Finish. 



ENJOY !!

This dishes goes well with rice.
Crispy salmon and sweet-spicy sauce is so good.
I can't stop eating.
It is Japanese people favorite taste.
