White Fish with Chili Pepper Tomato Sauce

I made "White Fish with Chili Pepper Tomato Sauce" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

【Ingredients & Instructions】

white fish    garlic    onion    paprika
white wine    boiled tomato    black olive
caper    water    chili pepper
salt    pepper    olive oil



Slice the onion and paprika thin.
Crush a clove of garlic.




Put olive oil in heated "Magic Fry Pan".
Fry the fish skin-side down on high heat.






Turn it once it has browned.
Take out it from the pan.







Add garlic, onion and paprika to the pan.
Fry over low heat.






Add white wine to the pan.








Add boiled tomato, water, black olive, caper and chili pepper to the pan.






Return the fish to the pan.
Cook the fish slowly over low heat.






Dish up on plates.








The taste of chili pepper is so good in summer :-D
