Sauted Scallop and Cucumber with Sweet Vinegar Sauce

I made "Sauted Scallop and Cucumber with Sweet Vinegar Sauce" by using a "Magic Fry Pan".

I make this when I feel like drinking beer.

【Ingredients & Instructions】

 
scallop    cucumber    salt    vegetable
A ( mirin    vinegar    dashi stock    salt )



Place a little salt on cucumber, and then rub by hand.
Pour boiling water over it.
Wipe it with a paper towel.




Cut cucumber into round slices.
Add it to a bowl.
Add a little salt to the bowl, and then lightly rub by hand.



In a bwol, combine mixture A.







Drain water when cucumber become soft.
Add A to the bowl.





To make scallop thinner and easier to heat through, halve it horizontally.





In the "Magic Fry Pan", add vegetable oil and saute scallops.
Saute it for 30 sec.






Add 1 Tbsp water to the pan, then cover it.
Steam and saute for 30 sec.






Dish up on the plate.









Sweet vinegar sauce will bring different tastes and textures of the ingredients to the completion of "Three in One".
