Chicken Nanban


I made "Chicken Nanban"by useing a "magic frypan"

【Ingredients & Instructions】


chicken thinghs,    onion,    green onion,
sweet green pepper,    ginger(julienne)
red chili pepper,    solt,    pepper,   flour,
sesame oil,

A ( soy sauce, vineger, sweet sake)


1.  Remove excess fat from chicken thighs
    and gristle from ends well.
    Cut it into bite-size pieces.







2.Cut the onion into 2mm wide thick length thin slies.
   Scoop out the seeds of sweet green pepper
   and cut into 2mm wide.
   Cut the green onion into length-wide
   and cut into 3mm wide.


3.MIx A(soy sauce  vineger  sweet sake)










4.Sprinkle solt,pepper on chicken
   and coat thin with flour.
  









5. Add sesame oil to a pan.
    add scooped out the seeds chili pepper on low heat. 










6. Chicken with skin facing down and medium heat crispier











7.Add onion, julienne ginger and fry.
   Add A, sweet green pepper, green onion 
   and dress it with sauce quickly.








8.Dish up on plates.








Point ; Coat chicken with flour by doing this way the top would be crispy to seal in juices.
